Who are the boosters you ask? This is you, the parent. This core group of volunteer support does everything from uniform fittings to organizing the Extravaganza to web design. We have parents actively involved to this day even though their kids graduated 18 years ago. We even have grandparents of music students as part of this wonderful group. I sincerely hope you are able to attend the booster meetings. They are a great source of information, a sounding board for problems and a friendly way to meet other parents. Attending the meetings is free to all band parents – being a booster member is not required.
The Band Boosters offer a year-long membership option. For the bargain price of $25 per school year, you receive a Booster Membership card which allows you free entry into all of our performances. Your booster fees help cover the cost of much needed supplies during the school year. To purchase a booster membership, contact Marie at encinalmusic@yahoo.com
