The next Review is Saturday, May 19, 2012
The Encinal Band hosts a band review each year on the third Saturday in May. This event is our biggest fund-raiser. Our review is also the biggest event put on by any Alameda school!  We want everything to run smoothly so our 3000 guests will take a positive impression of our town home with them.

FOOD AND SOUVENIR VENDORS
This event draws anywhere from 1,800 to 3,000 people every year. If you are interested in becoming a vendor at this event, please download, fill out and submit your application. We have very limited space available for vendors. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

BAND PARENT VOLUNTEER SECTION

We need one adult (parent) from each band/guard family to work on that Saturday. You may pick your jobs in October and November. Anyone not voluntarily signed up for a duty will be assigned one beginning in November.

PRE-REVIEW JOBS - EVENT VOLUNTEERS
These jobs need to be done in the days and weeks leading up to the review. Parents taking these jobs will not be required to work at the actual Review. Some of the necessary pre-Review jobs include but are not limited to:
